Returns & Exchanges

At X allam For Her, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit, and we are here to help. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to be fair and straightforward, while also protecting our rights as a brand.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as jewelry, lingerie, intimates, swimwear and personal care products are non-returnable. Our Return Guarantee doesn't apply to any products bought on sale or during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, photos attached and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Items eligible for exchange must be in original condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
